Winner of the Week
The Dingleberry Award this week goes to all the disrupticons who were behaving like rabid dogs on Wednesday 5/10/2023 when the Ohio House of Representatives was in session to vote on holding an election on 8/8/2023 to raise the bar on amending the Ohio Constitution from a majority vote of 50+1 to 60%. By the Grace of God, Ohioans will be having an election on 8/8/2023 to vote on the issue. The disrupticons were so obnoxious the chamber had to be cleared of observers. An honorable mention will go to the 5 Republicans who voted with all the Democrats against the resolution: Jamie Callender, Jay Edwards, Brett Hillyer, Jeff LaRe and Tom Patton. As Speaker Stephens brought the issue to the floor and voted yea, he will receive a Milk Bone this week. I will have to see if an old dog can learn new tricks before I retract last week’s Dingleberry Award.
