Disappointing news on the federal legislative front and from the Biden Administration this weekend.

1. The U.S. House of Representatives advanced a spending bill that offers a lot of cash for the defense of Ukraine’s border but nothing for the U.S. border. Representatives Troy Balderson and Jim Jordan voted FOR this measure.
2. The U.S. Senate reauthorized FISA 702 warrantless spy powers. Senator J.D. Vance did NOT vote in favor of the reauthorization.
3. The Biden Administration Department of Education released its Final Title IX regulations. In the New World Order, this most likely means that educational institutions will allow assigned by God men to compete with women on women’s sports teams and use women’s facilities. Heaven help us all.

I was driving around Harlem Township, Ohio last Sunday and saw a lot of Vote No signs for the Harlem Township – Westerville merger. I did not see a single vote Yes sign. On 4/17/2024, the Harlem Twp. trustees voted to disband the Strategic Planning Committee which had been tasked to advise the trustees and have open communication with the residents regarding the issue.

Today’s message regards the YMCA’s stance on safe changing rooms for assigned by God women and a 2023 criminal court proceeding in the Dayton, Ohio area. YMCA stands for Young Men’s Christian Association. Yes, times have changed and unfortunately the YMCA has become a member of the “woke” fold shedding all CS (common sense) by allowing changing rooms at some of its facilities to become a free for all and unsafe for women – particularly minor females. I urge you to thoroughly read the “make the ymca safe again.com” blog and listen to the CCV Narrative Podcast with Pastor Van and Jannelle Holloway from Xenia, Ohio posted below. What I garnered from reading the blog was that the self described woman involved in the case could possibly be considered a male sexual predator who was stalking the women’s changing room at a YMCA. The self described woman gained the trust of a female YMCA employee and then sexually assaulted her during a coffee date. During testimony for Ohio HB 183, the victim stated her assault case was closed when the reporting officer could not find the assailant within his database using the name “Rachel” as it wasn’t a legal name. Several complaints had been lodged against the self described female individual for parading around nude in the women’s changing area at the YMCA. A judge cleared the man in a 2023 bench trial of charges of public indecency because the man’s genitals had not been seen by the complainants. The man had such a pendulous abdomen that his private parts were covered by his abdominal apron.

Continue to pray that HB 183, the Bathroom Bill, is successful in its journey through the Ohio legislative process. Common sense dictates that if one has male genitalia, he should use the men’s changing areas and restrooms.
