3. Kamala Harris wants to debate Donald Trump under the 9/10/2024 rules of engagement agreed to by whoever is directing President Biden’s cerebral functions. The agreement was for a Biden/Trump debate. Vice President Harris will have to negotiate her own deal with President Trump. As the Democrat Convention has not yet occurred, Kamala is not officially the Democrat 2024 Presidential Candidate.
