Dingleberry Award 1/4/2024

The recipient of this week’s Dingleberry Award is Ohio Governor Mike DeWine. Now, we all know Mikey is a RINO extraordinaire, but I really thought the old phart; after his Issue 1 ad, would do the morally right thing – protect our children from surgical and chemical castration and allow biological women to play sports on a level playing field with other genetic XX women – and sign The Save Adolescents from Experimentation Act and Save Women’s Sports Act. DeWine vetoed the legislation last Friday (12/29/2023). Moonbattery.com summed the situation up succinctly: “DeWine is attempting to placate decent people by positioning himself as too squeamish for lopping off children’s healthy body parts. Yet, he gives a thumbs up to chemical castration. At least DeWine has his reasons. A coward always finds it easier to go with the prevailing wind, even if it is blowing directly out of hell.” I was pleased when the measure passed soundly through the Ohio House and Senate, but when I learned that DeWine was visiting the Children’s Hospital Medical Industrial Complexes in Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Toledo and Dayton for advice in making his decision regarding the legislation, I knew it was game over. Medicine is now controlled by the Marxist establishment which means the “experts” are all affirming “gender affirmative care”. On January 10, 2024, the Ohio House will be meeting to discuss an override to the Governor’s veto. I imagine; as I am typing, the medical and pharmaceutical industries are out offering incentives to our elected officials in this election year to not override the veto.

In 2024, it is time to hold firmly to Scripture and loosely to human, worldly theories. We must put our God Armor on and enter the ring proclaiming God’s Glory through His Son, Jesus Christ, our Lord.
