1. The Westerville City Schools District (WCSD) and LifeWise Academy. I have included several postings below regarding this issue. I attended the WCSD board meeting last night and then thoroughly researched who is on the board. I am not hopeful the WCSD will not rescind their relationship with LifeWise Academy. Please continue to pray; But Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 19: 26 (ESV). If you live in the WCSD, I have included a link to the school board so that you can e-mail the five board members to voice your support of the LifeWise Academy program. One always has to have a backup plan and it is time to reach out to both your Ohio House Representative and Ohio Senate Member and let them know you support HB 445 and would like the bill to be passed. Passage of HB 445 would require Westerville to provide Religious Release Time.

It has happened. The U.S. Federal Government now spends more per month servicing its debt ($140 billion) than on any other expense – more than Social Security ($129 billion), Dept. of Health and Human Services ($90 billion), Dept. of Education ($87 billion) and the Dept. of Defense ($63 billion). On an annualized basis, the interest debt payment is approaching $1.2 trillion and is increasing rapidly. The nation is drowning in debt and interest payments are like an anchor around the country’s neck. If you or I were spending more than we brought in, we could cut our expenses or borrow money and keep on spending until the bank says NO and we declare bankruptcy. The government; however, can issue more money (expand the money supply) through the Federal Reserve to pay off the debt and interest. Unfortunately, printing money devalues the currency. One dollar in 2021 is worth about 80 cents today. This cycle creates a self perpetuating doom loop – you borrow money to pay interest on borrowed money which results in total debt growing not in a linear fashion but exponentially. Politicians are loath to cut spending and constituents are not keen on belt tightening. Much like the Titanic on the night of April 14, 1912, the United States of America is on course for some tragic rough sea navigation.

1. Cry me a River. The Democrats in Ohio and their deep pocket globalist supporters are collectively losing their minds over the approved ballot language of 2024 Ohio Issue 1. The wording was upheld by the Ohio Supreme Court this week with a few minor tweaks. Fanning away the alleged non-partisan smoke from the smoldering pile of doggie doo, Ohio Issue 1 is a Marxist scam put forward by the Democrat Party who can always dig up a RINO or two when duty calls . For a more in depth discussion, please read the two links I have posted on the right side of this webpage under Ohio Issue 1 2024. This morning, I sat down at my computer, pulled up the old key board and typed in “gerrymandering definition.” First item at the top of the page was from Wiktionary: gerrymandering 1. The practice of redrawing electoral districts to gain an electoral advantage for a political party. Ohio is currently SUPER MAJORITY REPUBLICAN down at the Ohio Statehouse because that is what the VOTERS in Ohio decided. The game the Democrats are playing with Issue 1 is an example of gerrymandering. Issue 1 is attempting to give Democrats more voice in the redistricting process than the voters gave them via the election process – all that “democracy”, you know. Sometimes, the Truth hurts.

Absolutely, positively VOTE NO on Ohio Issue 1.
